Ghostly graveyard/mini-graveyard pudding cups

Ghostly Graveyard (Time: 15 minutes prep, 1 hour chilling)
Ingredients: 1 pkg. chocolate sandwich cookies, 3-1/2cu. cold milk, 2pkgs. (4-serving size each) instant chocolate pudding mix, 1 tub whipped topping, thawed
Crush cookies in a ziplock bag. Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in 3cu. whipped topping and 1/2 the crushed cookies. Spoon into a 13×9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining crushed cookies. Refrigerate one hour or until ready to serve. To decorate, use gel icing to turn Pepperidge Farm Milano cookies into gravestones. Insert into dessert. Add candy pumpkins, candy corn, and jelly beans. Create ghosts by dolloping remaining whipped topping by spoonfuls onto dessert. Use candies to create ghost “eyes”. Serves 24.

Mini Graveyard Pudding Cups (Time: 5 minutes prep)
Ingredients: Ghostly Graveyard dessert, above
Layer pudding mixture, remaining crushed cookies and candy corn or jelly beans in 12 to 16 glasses or clear plastic cups. Decorate with additional candies, decorated cookies, and whipped topping, as desired. Serves 12 to 16.
