Seafood dip
Time: 10 minutes prep, 15 minutes cooking
Ingredients: 8oz. softened cream cheese, 8oz. crabmeat, 3Tbsp. fine-chopped onion, 2Tbsp. snipped fresh chives, 2Tbsp. milk, 1/2tsp. prepared horseradish, salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Mix all the ingredients, place in greased shallow baking dish in an oval mound (”brain”-shaped). Bake for 15 minutes. Serves 10.
